cutting-edge research
on what’s impacting gender equality

Be the first to learn from cutting-edge research what’s impacting gender equality in Swiss business. Advance and its member companies are committed to promoting gender diversity. Measuring progress is one of the key success factors to achieve this objective.

The ADVANCE & HSG GENDER INTELLIGENCE REPORT 2020 (GIR) – first launched in 2017 – provides actionable KPIs and supports companies with concrete recommendations in optimizing their gender diversity programs.

The report is growing
in size and sophistication

The Gender Intelligence Report is a key component of the Advance program. The methodology was developed by Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander’s team at the Competence Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St. Gallen. This study is unique for Switzerland as it analyzes anonymized raw data from more than 300,000 employees across 75 companies.

new ‘maturity’ lens this year

The report 2020 gives, for the first time, insights about the inclusion & diversity maturity of Swiss based companies. In addition, the report highlights concrete steps that companies can take in their D&I journey, includes best practice examples and presents new insights from state-of-the-art research.

During this event you will

  • Get a presentation of the Gender Intelligence Report 2020
  • Learn about the latest facts, figures & trends on the maturity journey of Swiss based companies in terms of gender diversity
  • Gain concrete steps your company can take to improve gender diversity and equality
