WHY we need to shift the norms
Our current gender diversity targets are focused on hiring, promoting and retaining more women. Even if we manage to do so, gender diversity in business won’t increase substantially. Why not?
Be the first to learn from our cutting-edge research why ‘more of the same’ is not enough to do the job, and what it takes on top to create real results.
The Advance & HSG Gender Intelligence Report (GIR) was first launched in 2017 and provides actionable KPIs and recommendations to support companies in improving their gender diversity and building inclusive cultures.
Report 2020
Unique data set
This report is a key component of the Advance program. The methodology was developed by Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander’s team at the Competence Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) at the University of St. Gallen.
We are proud to have once more increased the number of participating organizations in 2021, analyzing the raw data of 320,000 employees across 90 companies, of which 122’000 are in management positions – a unique database in Switzerland in terms of quantity and quality.
During this event you will
- Get a presentation on the results of the Gender Intelligence Report 2021
