CREATING A CULTURE THAT INSPIRES WOMEN TO RETURN, REMAIN AND THRIVE

With an average drop off of 27% women from the non-management level to the top management, it’s currently a lose-lose for both women and Swiss business.* Using our latest research into what 600 women think about career and kids in Switzerland this session will help you discover innovative ways to plug the leaky pipeline before, during and after parenthood.

Discover the magic of vontobel & parents@work

A policy is a piece of paper, bringing it to life is what has impact. Vontobel’s parental leave policy is being used by both mothers and fathers. The policy is also being supported with an innovative peer coaching system from one parent to another, through parents@work.

What message does your company send out about parenthood? How are parents valued before and encouraged to return after a leave? After all, 76% of women rank a supportive manager as the most impactful ramp-up mechanism after a career break.**

What are the core elements of a successful peer coaching system for parents and what outcomes can you expect? The knock-on effect is a more inclusive culture. Join us to hear how the program has been brought to life in Vontobel.

Which approach could work in your company, because we must do something to retain and promote all the competent, talented women and men we have, through their career breaks. What example are we setting for the next generation if we don’t?

join us for this interactive session to

  • understand how Vontobel’s parental leave policy is more than a piece of paper
  • have a clear idea of how to implement a coaching system for returning parents
  • hear examples of the messages shared at Vontobel to create a more inclusive culture
  • share what your company is doing to retain women after a career break
  • identify preventative measures you can take to retain women – create your wish list

This workshop targets D&I professionals, HR and Business Leaders with a responsibility and the drive to effectively shape gender equality and their corporate culture.
