let’s change the rules of the CAREER game!

While last year’s theme was ‘Change the Face of Leadership’, we now know what it takes to get there. To make real progress, we need to change the rules of the game and re-design the Corporate world in a gender equitable way – something we can only achieve together!

This is why we have invited inspiring leaders ranging from outer space to down-to-earth, approaching the topic from a variety of angles and a diversity of backgrounds, professionally moderated by our gender-equal TV anchor duo Ana Maria Montero and Arthur Honegger. Did we make you curious? We certainly hope so.

Arthur is married and the father of a girl and a boy. The topic of gender balance is close to his heart. «My wife and I agree that our kids should grow up in a society where equal opportunities and an inclusive mindset are the norm. Those old gender stereotypes don’t help much in realizing the personal potential of every human being. We talk a lot about that at home – I’m glad both my daughter and my son have a very open world view when it comes to these things
