UNPACKING PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY, CONNECTEDNESS AND BELONGING

Inclusion is the means, diversity the end. Putting the I before the D is a recent switch in the evolution of inclusion, equity and diversity. So, how do companies bring inclusion to the forefront of their leadership and teams’ psyches? What concrete practices are in place to accelerate an inclusive environment and ultimately help shift the needle in Switzerland’s gender equality?

HOW ey & six BREAK THE GLASS CEILING

Join us to see two very different approaches brought to life – top down and bottom up – from EY and SIX. They both, to quote the Gender Intelligence Report 2022, “internalize the interconnectedness of inclusion and diversity and anchor both in their corporate strategy.”

EY is putting its leaders on a journey to understand what psychological safety is and how to create it through storytelling.

SIX is home growing a community of ‘SIX Spirit’ trainers to run workshops for employees across boundaries and hierarchies, building a platform for not only an inclusive culture but also visibility to women.

What is your vision of inclusion? Is it clearly articulated, understood and ‘lived’? Join us to be inspired by the stories of EY and SIX and exchange with one another.

join us for this interactive session to

  • better understand and experience what psychological safety is
  • understand the different ways EY and SIX are putting inclusion into practice
  • have a clear idea of how to implement storytelling with a toolbox in the leadership’s repertoire of skills
  • practically learn how to run a grassroots movement on culture change
  • review your own company’s maturity with their I&D journey
  • engage in a lively Q&A with your peers

This workshop targets D&I professionals, HR and Business Leaders with a responsibility and the drive to effectively shape gender equality and their corporate culture.
