Liza’s journey began in Canada’s Rocky Mountains, leading her to the Swiss Alps. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, strategy and transformation, she’s led teams across various industries and professional services. Liza drives action for meaningful change as a former Chief People Officer and current Chief Sustainability Officer.
In 2023, she also launched her business to help leaders transform and empower more changemakers. She believes in rewriting the rules for a sustainable, equitable future.
